ISO CONSULTANCY AND TRAINING 

Micro Small & Medium Enterprise Development Institute (MSME-DI), Cuttack is extending services towards  to MSME’s who are contemplating to go for ISO 9000 system Standards. The scope of the work undertaken is as below. 

Activity 

I.            CONSULTANCY: 

1.                  Conduct present Quality system review to coordination with the Management (Gap Analysis).

2.                  Analysis of Business Process and mapping the business process with          ISO-9000 requirements.

3.                  Preparation and review of first level documents, quality manual based on   ISO-9001:2008 Standards requirements.

4.                  Preparation and review of procedures, instructions, formats for QMS systems in tune with ISO-9001:2008.

5.                  Preparing the unit for pre-assessment audit.

6.                  Management Review Meeting.

7.                  Certification Audit and corrective actions on reported non-conformance, if any.

 II.            TRAINING:  

1.            Awareness Training to all employees on Quality Management Systems and Quality Policy.

2.                  Training in implementation of QMS to all areas.

3.                  Conducting training on Internal Auditing.

Charges by MSME-DI, Cuttack for the consultancy and training is Rs.40, 000/-.
